PRODUCT & SERVICE POLICY

OFFICIAL WARRANTY (1 YEAR)

We are offering you a 1-year official warranty for watches and 06 months for other merchandise (Ex:Leather Products, Clothing Belts etc).

WATCH: If you face any problems with the machine, you will be entitled to an official service warranty with any watch you have purchased from Metro Vibes.

Wallet, Bag & Belt: If any significant damage happens without external forces, you will be entitled to an official service warranty.


[Special Note: Our Invoice is enough to claim warranty against any purchase.]

  • Warranty won’t be valid for any kind of physical damages.
  • If watches or other products are repaired or unbolted to outside makers, the warranty will be void.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY:

 RETURN POLICY (05 DAYS)

As we offer a quality product there is no way left to return but we want to ensure a quality service too. That’s why we have a return policy. You can return your purchased product within 05 working days from the purchase date. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging as it was delivered. In case of a return, you are advised to pay the delivery charge. Change of mind won't cover our return policy.

REPLACEMENT POLICY (05 DAYS)

If you want to exchange your purchased product you can exchange it within 05 working days. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging as it was delivered. To avail of exchange, you are advised to pay the delivery charge. Change of mind won't cover our replacement policy.

REFUND POLICY (05 DAYS)

If you return a product because of a defect/damage or incomplete reason at the time of delivery, you can claim a refund. After verifying from our side, you will get the paid amount as a refund within 05 working days. Change of mind won't cover our refund policy.
